Cooking Method


  1.  Coat pork pieces with egg and cornflour. 
  2.  Heat oil and fry pork until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside. 
  3.  In a pan, sauté onion and bell peppers. 
  4.  Add pineapple chunks. 
  5.  Mix sauce ingredients and pour into the pan. 
  6.  Cook until sauce thickens. 
  7.  Add fried pork and toss well. 
  8.  Cook for a few minutes until coated. 
  9.  Serve hot.
