 Spicy Chilli Chocolate Milk Tea is a unique café-style drink that combines the rich flavor of black tea with smooth chocolate, creamy milk, and a gentle kick of chili. Inspired by the classic pairing of chocolate and spice, this indulgent beverage offers a bold balance of sweetness, warmth, and deep cocoa flavor in every sip. 

Freshly brewed black tea creates a robust foundation that perfectly complements the richness of dark chocolate and creamy whole milk. A pinch of ground chili and cinnamon adds subtle warmth without overpowering the drink, making it both comforting and exciting. 

For an extra luxurious finish, the milk tea is topped with lightly whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a light dusting of cocoa powder. Optional tapioca pearls add a chewy texture, transforming the drink into a premium bubble tea experience. 

Perfect for cool evenings, dessert, or whenever you're craving something different, Spicy Chilli Chocolate Milk Tea is an easy homemade beverage that delivers café-quality flavor with a delightful spicy twist. 

Cooking Method


  1.  Bring the water to a boil and steep the black tea for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags or strain the loose tea. 
  2.  While the tea is hot, whisk in the chopped dark chocolate and cocoa powder until completely melted and smooth. 
  3.  Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, ground chili powder, and vanilla extract. Mix well. 
  4.  Add the whole milk and heat gently over low heat until warm. Do not boil. For an iced version, allow the mixture to cool completely. 
  5.  If using tapioca pearls, cook them according to the package instructions and coat them with the brown sugar syrup. 
  6.  Fill serving glasses or mugs with the tapioca pearls if using. Add ice cubes for a cold drink or leave them out for a hot version. 
  7.  Pour the chocolate milk tea into the glasses or mugs. 
  8.  Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, a dusting of cocoa powder, and a tiny pinch of chili flakes if desired. 
  9.  Serve immediately and enjoy the rich chocolate flavor with a gentle spicy finish.
