Garlic Parmesan Shrimp & Zucchini
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add zucchini and cook for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and zucchini, stirring gently until melted and coated.
Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
