Cooking Method
- Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a bowl, combine the cornstarch and flour. Dip each shrimp into the beaten egg, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep pan or fryer.
- Fry the shrimp for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
