Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C. 
  2.  In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 
  3.  In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla. 
  4.  Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a batter. 
  5.  Pour batter into a greased donut pan. 
  6.  Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden. 
  7.  Let cool before removing from pan. 
  8.  Add glaze or toppings if desired.
