Step 1: Prepare Gelatin
Dissolve gelatin in warm water and let it bloom for 5 minutes. Heat slightly until fully dissolved (do not boil).

In a chilled bowl, whip fresh cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

In another bowl, mix mango pulp, vanilla essence, and lemon juice until smooth.
Step 4: Combine
Add the dissolved gelatin to the mango mixture and mix well.
Step 5: Fold Cream
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango mixture. Mix lightly to keep it airy and smooth.
Step 6: Set Mousse
Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
Step 7: Chill & Serve
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Garnish with mango cubes or mint leaves before serving.
