Cooking Method

- Add yogurt and all the spices, then mix well.
- Cook until the meat is partially tender.
- In another pot, boil water with bay leaf, cinnamon, and cardamom.
- Add soaked rice and cook until 70% done.
- Drain the rice.
- Layer the partially cooked rice over the meat.
- Add fried onions, cilantro, and mint on top.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 20–25 minutes.
- Gently mix before serving.
- Serve hot with raita or salad.
