Cooking Method
In a bowl, mix the flour with 1 cup of cold water until smooth and free of lumps.
Bring the remaining 3 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
Gradually pour the flour mixture into the boiling water while stirring continuously.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent lumps from forming.
Add the salt and stir well.
If desired, mix in the sugar or honey, peanut butter, milk, or butter until fully incorporated.
Continue cooking for another 2–3 minutes until the porridge reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
Serve hot with fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey if preferred.
