Cooking Method
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix gently until combined, then shape into 18–20 evenly sized meatballs.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the meatballs on all sides for 8–10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms until golden brown.
