Cooking Method


  1.  Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika. 
  2.  Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 
  3.  Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until crispy. 
  4.  Flip the fillets carefully and cook for another 3–4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. 
  5.  Transfer the salmon to a serving plate and keep warm. 
  6.  Reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter in the same skillet. 
  7.  Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. 
  8.  Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, and thyme. 
  9.  Simmer the sauce for 1–2 minutes, stirring continuously. 
  10.  Spoon the garlic butter sauce generously over the salmon. 
  11.  Garnish with additional parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
