Cooking Method
Make deep cuts in the chicken pieces to help the marinade penetrate.
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, oil, and all the spices.
Coat the chicken thoroughly with the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for 4–8 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
Preheat a grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
Grill or bake the chicken for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through and basting with a little oil or melted butter.
Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly charred on the outside.
