Beef and spinach stir-fry is a quick, healthy, and flavorful meal made with tender beef strips, fresh spinach, garlic, ginger, and a savory soy-based sauce. Cooking Method
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, sesame oil, brown sugar, and black pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Stir-fry the beef for 2–3 minutes until browned, then transfer to a plate.
- Add the remaining oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger for 1 minute.
- Add the spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes until just wilted.
- Return the beef to the skillet.
