Cooking Method


  1.  Season chicken with salt and pepper. 
  2.  Lightly coat with flour. 
  3.  Heat butter and olive oil in a pan. 
  4.  Cook chicken until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside. 
  5.  In the same pan, add garlic and sauté briefly. 
  6.  Add lemon juice and chicken broth, stir well. 
  7.  Add capers and simmer for a few minutes. 
  8.  Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce. 
  9.  Cook for a few minutes until heated through. 
  10.  Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
