Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 
  2.  Remove stems from mushrooms and chop them finely. 
  3.  Heat butter or oil in a pan. 
  4.  Add garlic and chopped mushroom stems, cook briefly. 
  5.  Mix in breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. 
  6.  Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture. 
  7.  Place on a baking tray. 
  8.  Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden. 
  9.  Serve warm.
