Banana Bread
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the flour and baking soda, then stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
