Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven and line a baking tray. 
  2.  Roll out pastry dough and cut into triangles or rectangles. 
  3.  Place chocolate pieces near the edge of each piece. 
  4.  Roll the dough tightly into croissant shapes. 
  5.  Place on the baking tray and brush with egg wash. 
  6.  Bake until puffed and golden brown. 
  7.  Cool slightly before serving. 
  8.  Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
