Instructions / Cooking Method 

  1.  Add chickpeas, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice to a blender. 
  2.  Blend until smooth. 
  3.  Add olive oil and a little water to adjust consistency. 
  4.  Blend again until creamy. 
  5.  Taste and add salt as needed. 
  6.  Transfer to a bowl. 
  7.  Drizzle olive oil on top. 
  8.  Serve with pita or vegetables.
