Cooking Method


  1. Heat cooking oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced onions and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add the prepared snails and stir well.
  5. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pan.
  6. Stir in the sliced red chili for heat and flavor.
  7. Cook for about 5–7 minutes while stirring frequently.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper.
  9. Add chopped green onions and mix well.
  10. Remove from heat and serve hot.
