Garlic Knots French
Garlic Knots French are soft, golden-brown bread knots infused with delicious garlic butter and herbs. Cooking Method
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1–2 hours until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll each piece into a thin rope.
- Tie each rope into a simple knot and place the knots on a baking tray.
- Cover and let them rest for 20–30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the garlic knots for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and Italian herbs.
