Cooking Method


  1.  Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and let sit for 5–10 minutes. 
  2.  In a bowl, mix flour and salt. 
  3.  Add yeast mixture and olive oil. 
  4.  Knead into a soft dough. 
  5.  Cover and let it rise for 1–2 hours. 
  6.  Divide dough into small balls. 
  7.  Roll each into a flat circle. 
  8.  Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F). 
  9.  Bake for 5–7 minutes until puffed. 
  10.  Remove and cover to keep soft.
