Prepare Dough: Mix all-purpose flour with salt and a little oil. Add water gradually and knead into a stiff dough. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Cook Maggi: Boil instant noodles with the tastemaker (masala) as per instructions. Cook until slightly dry (no excess water). Let it cool.
Prepare Filling: Optionally add finely chopped onions, capsicum, or coriander to enhance flavor. Mix well.
Shape Samosas: Divide dough into small balls, roll into oval shapes, cut in half, form cones, and fill with cooked Maggi. Seal edges with water.
Frying: Heat oil on medium flame and deep fry until golden and crispy.
Serve: Serve hot with ketchup, mayonnaise, or spicy chutney.
