Lemon Tahini Dressing is a smooth, creamy, and nutty dressing made with tahini, fresh lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. Its bright citrus flavor and rich sesame taste make it perfect for green salads, grain bowls, roasted vegetables, falafel, wraps, and grilled meats. This wholesome homemade dressing comes together in just a few minutes using simple ingredients and can easily be adjusted with water for your preferred consistency. Naturally dairy-free and full of flavor, Lemon Tahini Dressing is a healthy alternative to creamy dressings and adds a delicious Mediterranean-inspired touch to everyday meals.

Cooking Method

In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Whisk until the mixture thickens.
Gradually add 2–4 tablespoons of water while whisking until the dressing reaches a smooth, pourable consistency.
Taste and adjust the seasoning or lemon juice if desired.
Transfer to an airtight container.
Refrigerate for up to one week and stir well before serving.
