Cooking Method


  1.  Place plantain pieces in a bowl. 
  2.  Add ginger, garlic, chili powder, cloves, and salt. 
  3.  Mix well to coat evenly. 
  4.  Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 
  5.  Fry the plantains until golden brown and slightly crispy. 
  6.  Remove and drain excess oil. 
  7.  Serve hot.
