Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

 

A spicy, crispy, and delicious vegan alternative to classic wings, made with tender cauliflower florets coated in a flavorful batter and tossed in tangy buffalo sauce. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or party dish, these wings are crowd-pleasing and completely plant-based. 

Cooking Method

 

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). 

 In a bowl, prepare a batter using flour, water, and spices. 

 Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, coating evenly. 

 Place on a baking tray and bake for 20–25 minutes until crispy. 

 Remove from oven and toss in buffalo sauce. 

 Return to oven and bake for another 10–15 minutes. 

 Optional: Broil for extra crispiness. 

 Serve hot with vegan dip or celery sticks.
