Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, prepare a batter using flour, water, and spices.
Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, coating evenly.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 20–25 minutes until crispy.
Remove from oven and toss in buffalo sauce.
Return to oven and bake for another 10–15 minutes.
Optional: Broil for extra crispiness.
Serve hot with vegan dip or celery sticks.
