Indian Chicken Masala Dosa is a delicious fusion dish that combines the crispy texture of a traditional South Indian dosa with a spicy, flavorful chicken masala filling. Prepared with fermented rice and lentil batter, stuffed with seasoned chicken, onions, and aromatic spices, this savory meal is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. It is best served with coconut chutney, tomato chutney, and sambar.
Prepare the dosa batter by fermenting rice and urad dal, or use ready-made dosa batter.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies until fragrant.
Add cooked shredded chicken, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 5–7 minutes.
Heat a dosa tawa and spread a thin layer of dosa batter in a circular motion.
Drizzle a little oil around the edges and cook until the dosa turns golden and crispy.
Place the chicken masala filling in the center, fold the dosa, and cook for another minute.
Serve hot with coconut chutney, tomato chutney, and sambar.
