Add sugar and mix well until it dissolves completely.
Cook until the mixture thickens and moisture reduces.
Add cardamom powder and mix thoroughly.
Grease a tray and spread the mixture evenly.
Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds, let it set, then cut into pieces.
