Cooking Method


  1.  Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. 
  2.  Sauté onion and garlic until soft. 
  3.  Add rice and stir for 1–2 minutes. 
  4.  Add warm broth gradually, stirring continuously. 
  5.  Add seafood and cook until tender. 
  6.  Continue adding broth until rice is creamy and cooked. 
  7.  Season with salt and black pepper. 
  8.  Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
