Divide the dough into equal portions, place the filling in the center, and seal the edges.
Gently roll the stuffed dough into an oval-shaped naan.
Bake in a hot tandoor, oven, or cast-iron skillet until puffed with golden brown spots.
Brush with melted butter or ghee and serve warm.
