Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 
  2.  Place fish fillets in a baking dish. 
  3.  Add garlic, onion, tomatoes, and olives around the fish. 
  4.  Drizzle olive oil over the fish. 
  5.  Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. 
  6.  Place lemon slices on top. 
  7.  Bake for 20–25 minutes until fish is cooked through. 
  8.  Serve hot.
