Cooking Method


  1.  In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and paprika. 
  2.  Coat the lamb chops evenly with the marinade. 
  3.  Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes. 
  4.  Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 
  5.  Grill lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side for medium doneness. 
  6.  Cook longer if preferred. 
  7.  Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes. 
  8.  Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
