Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). 
  2.  In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 
  3.  Add cold butter and rub until crumbly. 
  4.  Stir in blueberries gently. 
  5.  Add milk or cream and mix to form a soft dough. 
  6.  Shape dough and cut into triangles. 
  7.  Place on a baking tray. 
  8.  Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden. 
  9.  Cool slightly and serve.
