Cooking Method

 

Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool slightly. 

 Season the rice with rice vinegar and a pinch of salt. 

 Prepare vegetables by slicing cucumber, carrot, and avocado. 

 Optional: Pan-fry tofu cubes until golden. 

 Assemble bowls by adding a base of rice. 

 Arrange vegetables and tofu on top. 

 Drizzle with soy sauce or a light dressing.
