Cooking Method


  1.  In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. 
  2.  Add flour, salt, and olive oil, then mix into a dough. 
  3.  Knead until smooth and elastic. 
  4.  Cover and let rise for 1–2 hours until doubled. 
  5.  Transfer dough to a greased baking pan. 
  6.  Press and spread the dough evenly. 
  7.  Make dimples with your fingers. 
  8.  Drizzle olive oil and add herbs or toppings. 
  9.  Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). 
  10.  Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. 
  11.  Let cool slightly and serve.
