Spicy Red Hot Chicken
Marinate chicken pieces with yogurt, garlic-ginger paste, chili powder, salt, and pepper for 1–2 hours.
Add flour to the marinated chicken and mix well to create a spicy coating.
Heat oil in a deep pan on medium flame.
Fry chicken pieces until they become crispy and fully cooked.
Cook until the chicken turns deep golden-red and spicy.
Remove excess oil using a paper towel.
Serve hot with dip, salad, or fries.
