Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 
  2.  Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 
  3.  Add eggs and mix well. 
  4.  Add orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract. 
  5.  In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. 
  6.  Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture. 
  7.  Add milk and mix until smooth batter forms. 
  8.  Pour into a baking pan. 
  9.  Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and cooked. 
  10.  Cool before serving.
