Cooking Method


  1.  In a large bowl, combine minced buffalo meat, onion, and garlic. 
  2.  Add breadcrumbs, egg, cumin powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. 
  3.  Mix thoroughly until well combined. 
  4.  Add chopped herbs and mix again. 
  5.  Shape the mixture into small round meatballs. 
  6.  Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 
  7.  Fry the meatballs until browned on all sides. 
  8.  Cook until fully done and slightly crispy outside. 
  9.  Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels. 
  10.  Serve hot with sauce or side dishes.
