Fried Sticky Korean Chicken Wings Recipe | Crispy Sweet & Spicy Gochujang Wings)=
Fried Sticky Korean Chicken Wings are ultra-crispy chicken wings coated in a glossy, sweet, spicy, and savory Korean-style sauce made with gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil. Inspired by Korea's famous fried chicken, these wings are double-fried for maximum crunch before being tossed in a rich, sticky glaze that perfectly balances heat, sweetness, and umami. Ideal for game days, parties, family dinners, or appetizers, these irresistible wings are best served hot with pickled radish or steamed rice.
Cooking Method
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cold water into a smooth batter.
- Coat the wings evenly in the batter.
- Heat the oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the wings for 8–10 minutes. Remove and let them rest for 5 minutes.

- Toss the hot fried wings in the sticky Korean sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
- Serve immediately with pickled radish, kimchi, or steamed rice.
