Cooking Method
- Toss the beef with the cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Stir-fry the beef for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add the broccoli, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
