Heat ghee in a pan and roast gram flour (besan) and all-purpose flour until aromatic.
In another pan, prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water until it reaches a thread consistency.
Add cardamom powder to the syrup for flavor.
Mix the roasted flour mixture into the sugar syrup and cook well.
Stretch and fold the mixture repeatedly to create thin flaky layers.
Grease a tray and spread the mixture evenly.
Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
Let it cool and set, then cut into cubes and serve.
