Filled Donuts Recipe | Soft Homemade Jam & Cream Filled Donuts

Cooking Method
- Mix the warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Add the flour, butter, eggs, and salt, then knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour, until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and cut into rounds.
- Let the dough rounds rise for another 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry each donut for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain and cool slightly on a wire rack.
- Fill a piping bag with your chosen filling.
- Insert the piping tip into each donut and pipe in the filling until full.
- Coat with granulated sugar or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
