Éclair Pastries are perfect for special occasions, desserts, or as a sweet treat with coffee or tea. They offer a bakery-style experience that can also be recreated at home. 

Although they require a few steps, éclairs are rewarding to make. With proper technique, you can achieve light, airy, and perfectly filled pastries. 

Cooking Method


  1.  Preheat oven to 200°C. 
  2.  In a pan, heat water and butter until melted. 
  3.  Add flour and stir quickly to form a dough. 
  4.  Remove from heat and let cool slightly. 
  5.  Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. 
  6.  Pipe the dough into long shapes on a baking tray. 
  7.  Bake for 20–25 minutes until puffed and golden. 
  8.  Let cool, then fill with cream using a piping bag. 
  9.  Melt chocolate with cream and spread on top. 
  10.  Let set before serving.
