Baileys Truffles | Rich & Creamy Irish Cream Chocolate Truffles
Baileys Truffles are luxurious bite-sized chocolate treats made with rich chocolate, smooth Irish cream liqueur, butter, and heavy cream. These decadent homemade truffles have a silky, melt-in-your-mouth center with a deep chocolate flavor complemented by the creamy sweetness of Irish cream.
The recipe starts with a smooth chocolate ganache infused with Baileys Irish Cream. After chilling until firm, the ganache is shaped into bite-sized balls and coated in cocoa powder, melted chocolate, or finely chopped nuts. The combination creates an elegant dessert with a rich texture and sophisticated flavor.
Baileys Truffles are ideal for adult holiday gatherings, dinner parties, Valentine's Day, Christmas dessert trays, or homemade gifts. They can be prepared ahead of time and stored chilled, making them a convenient yet impressive chocolate dessert.
