Kesar Pista Kulfi is a rich and creamy traditional Indian frozen dessert made with thickened milk, saffron, pistachios, and cardamom. It is delicious, aromatic, and perfect for serving on special occasions or during summer.
Cooking Method
Pour milk into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil.
Simmer on low heat, stirring regularly, until the milk reduces and becomes creamy.
Add sugar, saffron soaked in warm milk, and cardamom powder.
Mix in finely chopped pistachios.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes, then allow the mixture to cool completely.
Pour into kulfi molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Remove from the molds, garnish with pistachios and saffron, and serve chilled.
