Potato Balls | Crispy Golden Stuffed Potato Snack Recipe
Potato Balls are crispy, golden, and delicious bite-sized snacks made with mashed potatoes, herbs, spices, and a crunchy breadcrumb coating. Soft and flavorful on the inside and beautifully crisp on the outside, these homemade potato bites are perfect for appetizers, parties, tea time, game days, or quick family snacks.
The potato mixture can be seasoned with garlic, onion, parsley, black pepper, and cheese for extra flavor. The balls are shaped, coated in breadcrumbs, and fried until golden brown. They can also be baked or air-fried for a lighter option.
Serve Potato Balls hot with ketchup, garlic mayo, ranch dressing, chili sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.
