Cooking Method
Clean and pat dry the fish fillets.
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices to prepare the marinade.

Preheat the tandoor, oven, grill, or air fryer.
Cook the fish until tender and lightly charred on both sides.
