Chickpea Curry | Hearty & Flavorful Homemade Chickpea Curry
Chickpea Curry is a hearty, comforting, and budget-friendly vegetarian dish made with tender chickpeas simmered in a rich tomato and onion gravy infused with garlic, ginger, and aromatic spices. It is packed with plant-based protein and bold flavor, making it a satisfying choice for lunch or dinner.
The chickpeas absorb the fragrant curry sauce as they simmer, creating a thick and flavorful dish. Cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, and chili add warmth and depth without overpowering the natural flavor of the chickpeas.
