Clean and pat dry the fish fillets.
Marinate the fish with lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, and salt for 20–30 minutes.
Coat the marinated fish with a mixture of rice flour and spices.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Shallow-fry the fish until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh coriander. Serve hot.
