Hibachi Butter Fried Rice | Japanese Steakhouse-Style Fried Rice
Hibachi Butter Fried Rice is a savory, buttery, and aromatic fried rice inspired by the sizzling teppanyaki-style meals served at Japanese hibachi restaurants. Made with chilled rice, eggs, vegetables, garlic butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil, this flavorful rice dish develops a delicious toasted aroma while cooking over high heat.
The signature flavor comes from the combination of rich butter, garlic, and soy sauce. Using cold, cooked rice helps keep the grains separate and slightly crisp, while scrambled eggs and vegetables add texture and color.
Serve Hibachi Butter Fried Rice alongside hibachi chicken, steak, shrimp, grilled vegetables, or Japanese-style sauces for a complete restaurant-inspired meal.
