Vanilla Bundt Cake is a classic homemade dessert with a tender, moist crumb, rich buttery flavor, and fragrant vanilla aroma. Baked in a beautifully shaped Bundt pan, this simple yet elegant cake develops a golden crust while remaining soft and fluffy inside.
Made with everyday baking ingredients such as flour, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla, this cake is easy enough for everyday baking while elegant enough for birthdays, afternoon tea, holidays, family gatherings, and special occasions. A simple vanilla glaze adds extra sweetness and gives the cake a beautiful bakery-style finish.
Serve slices of this classic Vanilla Bundt Cake with coffee, tea, fresh berries, whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream. Its delicate vanilla flavor also makes it an excellent base for adding chocolate chips, citrus zest, nuts, or seasonal toppings.
