Dahi Vada

Cooking Method
- Grind the soaked urad dal into a smooth, thick batter.
- Heat oil and deep-fry small portions of the batter until golden brown.
- Soak the fried vadas in warm water for 10–15 minutes, then gently squeeze out the excess water.
- Whisk the fresh curd until smooth and add a little salt.
- Arrange the soaked vadas in a serving dish and pour the curd over them.
- Sprinkle roasted cumin powder and red chili powder on top, then drizzle with tamarind chutney.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve chilled.
